Forbidden love. Untouchable… King Noeh wants to live his single life, fight his enemy, and honor his goddess by winning the war over Earth’s most precious resource—water. Bonding to a female shifter is not part of the plan, not until his goddess insists he take a queen by the next full moon or lose his crown. When he rescues a beautiful female from the enemy’s grasp, a forbidden attraction blooms, and he must decide between his kingdom and his heart. Melissa hunts for a new place she can call home, one far away from her controlling master who vowed to make her his concubine. Captured by the enemy and tortured to near death, she’s rescued by a brooding, handsome king. When her master shows up at the king’s underground Keep, the tension escalates. She struggles to keep the honorable king at arm’s length, but she can’t ignore the compelling desire he ignites in her soul. Note: Intended for mature audiences.

4 out of 5 (very good)
Untouchable Lover is the first book in the Worlds of Lemuria: Earth Colony series, and takes its time to introduce you to a whole new world! Lemuria and it's inhabitants are numerous and individual. There is one thing that draws them all together though, and that is the need for water. When Alora, a Colonizer, finds Earth, she hopes to make it a free planet. However, an ex-lover also lays claim to it, wanting it to a be a slave planet. They have one Lemurian year - or twenty thousand Earth years - to win the war against each other, to decide the fate of Earth. Noeh is the King of the Stiyayha, happy with his single life. He has no plans to bond with anyone, not after seeing his father die once his mother passed. However, the Gods, or rather Alora, has a different plan for him, which involves a member of the Dren species, Melissa. With a time limit in place, both Melissa and Noeh have choices to make if they are to survive.
This is a fast-paced book, with a well written history, and a smooth plot that is just the right speed. Yes, the attraction is instantaneous between Noeh and Melissa, but both of them fight it. With plenty of characters and species to get your teeth into, there is a wonderful story-line being fulfilled. With no editing or grammatical errors to disrupt the reading flow, I would definitely recommend this book. An excellent start to the series.

Submit…or lose him forever. As alpha of the feline shifters, Demir will do whatever is necessary to protect his kind. When his independent and headstrong second in command takes on a dangerous solo mission for revenge, he goes to her aid. As they battle the enemy, not only must he must fight his internal demons, but also his desire to claim her as his mate. Battle-hardened Aramie leads a band of female warriors to search for the sacred blue sunstone. The unthinkable happens and she spirals into a frenzied need for vengeance to avenge her loved one’s death. She hunts for the killer while Demir’s life is on the line, and she must decide—submit to him as his mate, or lose him forever. Note: For mature audiences.

4 out of 5 (very good)
Untamable Lover is the second book in the Worlds of Lemuria: Earth Colony series, and focuses on Demir, who was injured saving Noeh's life at the end of book 1. He is trapped inside his own body, cognisant but unable to communicate in any way. Aramie continues to come to him, shaving his face, and reading to him. She has taken over the Pride in the interim, but is determined that he will recover, even though no one else is as confident. After she finds a passage in a book (helped by Ginnia!), she goes searching for the Blue Pool and the elusive Blue Sunstone, which she hopes will restore Demir to all his former glory. Personally, I hoped that Demir's time "in captivity" had taught him a lesson, as his arrogance was off the charts in the first book. Aramie goes against his ruling in that she allows mated females to train and fight. This is down to her history, and is a decision that she makes with trepidation, knowing how it will go down with Demir 'when' he awakens. There is a side effect to the Blue Sunstone that Ginnia "forgot" to mention, as she doesn't like that part of the story! This, in turn, allows Ram to control Demir, with devastating effect.
Once again, very well written, with no editing or grammatical errors to disrupt the reading flow. You get to see Demir as a more rounded, less arrogant, Pride Leader. Aramie is his perfect match, but it did make me wonder just how/why he was so obsessed with Eleanor?! Also continuing with Noeh and Melissa's story, this is a wonderful read and an excellent addition to the series. Definitely recommended by me.

A shifter and a human together? Unimaginable… One careless decision. The colony betrayed. Tanen’s only course is a desperate hunt for justice, but his solo mission is cut short when he’s mortally wounded during a fight. Rescued by a sweet, innocent female who nurses him back to health, he can’t deny the passion that burns between them. Now he must choose between his duty and honor or his desire for the precious, but forbidden, human female. Broken promises and ruined love hardened Sheri’s heart. When she finds an injured and extraordinarily sexy man on her property, she’s pulled into a world she never imagined. As she nurses him back to health and they bond over their love of books, she’s torn between the lessons she learned from her rough past and the need to seek solace in Tanen’s arms, but she must learn to trust him, and herself, in order to survive.

4 out of 5 (very good)
In Unimaginable Lover, we see more about Tanen - an unlikely warrior, book lover, and truth seeker. You might even say he is 'unimaginable'! He is chasing after Mauree, determined that she face her punishment as traitor to the realm. However, he ends up losing a fight with some Gossum, and crawls to a shed in the hope he can recover. He is found by Sheri, the one we've already heard so much about, Ram's ex-wife. She knows absolutely nothing about the world that her ex-husband and Tanen live in, but she is about to become part of it, whether she wants to or not. We also see more of Verome and Alora, learning that they are not the gods that the Stiyaha etc think they are, but beings capable of making mistakes, being hurt, and suffering loss.
This story is very well written, with a smooth plot and pace, and no editing or grammatical errors to disrupt the reading flow. I would definitely recommend this book, but as part of the series rather than a standalone, as I do feel you would get the most out of it knowing Tanen's history, and Sheri's "involvement". For a wonderful Sci-Fi/Paranormal Romance, definitely start this series!

After finishing a rewarding career in finance and accounting, it was time for award-winning author Rosalie Redd to put away the spreadsheets and take out the word processor. She pens paranormal, science fiction, and fantasy romance in her office cave located in Oregon, where rain is just another excuse to keep writing.
