Can two men, who have never truly been honest about what they want, find love on the beaches of Sorrento and everything their hearts crave?

Patrick Holmes’s experience using the Cuffd app has left him wary of putting himself out there. Then he gets a message on the app that changes his mind. Akker is everything Patrick has dreamed of, with only one problem: he lives in Italy while Patrick is in London. Cuffd appears to have the answer when they offer up the chance to win a paid holiday to the hotel Akker works in. Against all the odds, Patrick wins the holiday, but will Akker be disappointed when they finally meet face to face?

Akker Carlson’s life has taken an unexpected turn. His father wants him to take over the family hotel business, and while he’s still reeling from that bombshell, he meets a boy who captures his full attention, something that hasn’t happened to him in a very long time. Akker uses his connections to Cuffd to devise a plan to get Patrick to Italy. Will his finagling work against him when a blast from Patrick’s past turns up on the same holiday? He's about to find out.

Agrippa My Heart is part of the Destination Daddies Season Two multi-author series. It features a Daddy who learns that sometimes even his deepest desires are still awaiting exploration and a little who needs permission to let go. Each book can be read as a standalone, but there are so many destinations and Daddies to discover, why not grab them all?

5 out of 5 (exceptional)

AGRIPPA MY HEART is a Destination Daddies story and is just what I needed to come in my reading list! You know how sometimes, you read a couple of books that just don't quite do it for you, and then you find a gem which makes you smile? This is what happened to me for this book. I will admit to loving the Destination Daddies collection so call it a weakness if you want.

It starts off quite badly, with Patrick in a bad situation with a so-called daddy who doesn't listen. I don't want to say too much, but let's just say, I was glad when it moved on. Patrick and Akker are perfect for each other and, although Akker gives fate a helping hand, he does come clean to Patrick as soon as he can. Their idyll in Sorrento is interrupted by something unpleasant which has to be dealt with. Not only then, but after Patrick returns to London, he has to deal with his boss that has it in for him too. I honestly thought these two things were connected somehow. Maybe through friendship? I was surprised when they weren't.

Patty regresses further back than I have read before but I didn't find it off-putting or 'weird'. I thought their relationship was beautiful, with each of them providing what the other needed. If it works for them, then who am I to judge. What gives me the right?

One thing made me yelp with excitement! My name - the one that has never shown up on a mug, ruler, pen, etc. - was in here!!!! Blink and you miss it, but I didn't. Woohoo. It made my day.

I needed this warm and fuzzy story to give me a hug and that is exactly what it did. I loved the overlap with other stories from this author, especially Jessie and Smithy, who play a supporting role here.

I haven't yet found a Cuffd story I haven't enjoyed and I can't wait for the next. Highly recommended by me.

Archaeolibrarian - I Dig Good Books!

Where does one start with about what I do?

I’m a writer, but I’m sure you guessed that by now if you’re reading this, hey? What you might not know is I’m a little quirky, live in my pj’s most of the time and have cake Saturdays with my sisters every week. I dedicate a little of my time to taking care of my grandbabies and on the dedicated writing days I like to write an eclectic mix of romance, suspense and paranormal fantasy. In the main I’ve written gay romance but I’m branching out under another the pen name in the future, so watch this space.

I’ve a passion for books like you would not believe and it led me down this path and now I’ve over 29 books released and heading towards releasing a whole lot more. The way my head is I never know where I’ll be headed next. I hope you’ll find a little joy in my words and follow me to see where the journey takes me and you.

If you’re interested at some point in 2021 I’ll be writing under the name JP Paton which will be F/M crime and Fantasy two of my favourite things. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled. 🙂
