@Archaeolibrary, @Bethb19861, @MirandaCGrant,
Honey, Does This Taste Like Poison To You?
I've never been a fan of murder. The mess, the smell, the whole hiding the body thing after - it always seemed like way too much work. But trust me, when you're married to Richard Morningstar, that "work" starts to feel an awful lot like "play". The man is a snake and king of the fairies.
A barbarian. A war monger. A sex god. Uh, I mean a...an ex pod? Doesn't matter.
The point is, it's either him or me. Because one of us is going to die, and at the moment, it's my execution scheduled in three weeks. So I just have to figure out a way to kiss him - kill him - before then, take his throne, and turn his whole nightmarish kingdom upside down. Easy right?
Maybe - if he wasn't my lifemate.
And if my panties didn't drop every time he snapped his stupid fingers.
4 out of 5 (very good)

Arienna is a wayward brownie that wants to have love and sex and lots of it. She has had her heartbroken too many times especially when her ex marries her mother!! She gets drunk then wakes up in a fairy prison with her best friend can she form an alliance to help the fairies bring peace to the kingdoms or will she be executed for her sins?
I really enjoy Miranda Grant's writing and stories I have read the fairy-tale of the myths series. This book has a lot more sex and steamy scenes and a lot more graphic violence then the others I have read but there are also a lot of other emotions involved and you can feel them with the way she writes. She is a fantastic author with a fantastic imagination and I cannot wait to read more from her.
Well done Miranda 4/5 stars

Miranda Grant has cycled three thousand miles up the Rocky Mountains on a tandem bike, launched herself off a cliff to go soar under a giant piece of thin fabric, and has stared down a mamma grizzly and her cub without losing a single limb. A true believer in that life is too short to waste away, she has a comprehensive bucket list and becoming a successful writer is just the next item on it. She defines success as not how much money she makes or how wide of an audience she captivates. To her, it's defined by transporting her readers into a new world and have them fall in love with its occupants. If she can do that, then this item is done. Though that is not to say her writing will be.
