@Archaeolibrary, @Bethb19861, @nocrysolution,
When Hayden was a child, she lost her cat. Adults told her the cat ran away, but she knew the truth. The mirror had taken her. She knew because the mirror had given her a glimpse of an alternate world and had nearly pulled her in, so she was certain the cat had suffered that fate.
Twenty years later Hayden discovers the secret of the mirror when she is thrust into it. She learns of a world she never knew existed, and a family she never knew she had. But danger brought her here, and it followed her. Now, Hayden is on a mission to remove the threat, so that she can begin her magical, meaningful new life in this enchanted world.
4 out of 5 (very good)

Hayden was abandoned by her parents as a baby. She has been brought up by her nana and granana she is living her best life. Then strange things start to happen!
I love the close connection between Hayden and her cat Sassy a typical cat in the full sense of the word! (Reminds me of my own cat! Especially if she could talk!)
The descriptions of the land of destiny falls is truly wonderful, you can Imagine the land that the author is trying to describe.
When Hayden gets a stalker and tries to cause harm to her on numerous counts the air of mystery that surrounds it is great, there are no clues to the true perpetrator until the very last second. I just wonder how she will explain things to her nana, granada and luna and what will happen with there relationship and closeness now?
A thoroughly enjoyable read it has the correct balance of mystery, suspense and adventure with the added discovery of friendship and long lost family.
