Personal ●Tell us a little about yourself beyond your writing. Like many authors, I do have a life beyond my laptop. My bucket list intriguesmy friends and neighbors. My husband and I want to visit every one of the U.S. national parks. So far, we’ve made it to 48 out of the 63 major parks. We just returned from a trip to Hawaii, where we planned to see Volcanoes National Park and Haleakalā National Park. But the whole state was drenched by rain, and Haleakalā was closed to visitors. Bad timing. Note: my novel takes place on Cape Cod, one of the eastern most parts of the United States, and I was doing the final edits on one of the western most parts. I had to close my eyes and imagine a different time and place.
