Two doctors swore to do no harm.
But what if justice demands revenge?
Mix Robin Cook with Patricia Cornwell for a chilling medical thriller with a dark twist: Dexter with doctors.
A group of doctors decides to exact revenge on evildoers who have escaped justice after killing and maiming innocent people. They incapacitate sociopaths and predators in the same ways these monstrous villains harmed their victims-brilliantly disguising the murders as deaths from natural causes.
Dr. Kyle McMann became a doctor to save lives. But she still blames herself for the death of her younger brother. As a young physician, she froze in the ER while her only remaining family member died before her eyes-the victim of random violence that went unpunished. Watching more criminals walk free while innocent lives are destroyed, she begins to question the justice system itself. So when the opportunity to join a group of doctors intent on revenge presents itself, she jumps at the chance.
Dr. Graham Kurland is a legendary war hero who suffers terribly from PTSD and has turned himself into a rockstar surgeon. Against his better instincts, this wounded warrior falls head over heels for Kyle McMann. But Kyle is loath to drag her emotional baggage into any relationship.
As their love affair comes to a slow boil, the piper must be paid. The nephew of one of the criminals targeted by the vigilante doctors comes after Kyle and Graham, determined to exact bloody revenge of his own. An explosive climax unleashes bullets, bombs, devastating destruction, and death-forcing them to confront the ultimate moral question:
Who deserves justice, and who decides?
A high-stakes thrill ride for readers who crave page-turning suspense.

4 out of 5 (great)
INVISIBLE JUSTICE is the first in the Kyle McMann & Graham Kurland series of medical thrillers. Kyle is our FMC, and Graham is our MMC. Both of them are doctors, working in Pennsylvania.
We begin with Kyle at the very start of her journey, and then jump ahead a couple of years to where she is now. During that time, she has her own rehab due to an aneurysm, becomes top in her field, and is invited to The Tribunal. That is a group of people who became vigilantes when justice let them down. As for Graham, he was a soldier, so suffers from PTSD, as well as being one of the top surgeons. He deals with some interesting cases during the book, some of which are a direct result of Kyle and the Tribunal.
The story is interesting as it deals with a touchy subject. Those that heal shouldn't harm... but when is it acceptable? When the evil ones walk free, and the innocent die, where is the justice? This was the part I loved the most. It did make me chuckle, though, when the victim and perpetrator both died similarly, and no one noticed but Graham.
The start of an intriguing series, INVISIBLE JUSTICE gets 4 out of 5 great stars.
One thing to take notice of: the deaths in here can be considered gruesome, so if reading things like that on page affects you, please take note of the trigger warnings.
